    To mark the International Year of Quantum Physics, the Caligari Entertainment team, directed by Juri Köster, delves into the world of the very smallest, the world of quanta. First discovered 100 years ago, today’s technology would be inconceivable without them.
    Prof. Harald Lesch explores their significance and investigates where quantum research will lead us in the future. Filming on behalf of ZDF took place in the English Garden, at the Max Planck Institute for Quantum Optics at the Garching Research Center and at the Institute for Experimental Quantum Physics at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (LMU).
